I'm Sasha Levin. I have a B.S.c degree in Biotechnology and Food Engineering and an MBA, both from the Technion.
I started as a Food Technologist in Israel's largest dairy processing plant. I was responsible for the development, process and improvement of various leading dairy products. I approved P&ID's, wrote FDS's and spent a lot of my time in the production floor.
Later I became the managing director of Tetra Pak's Agency in Israel. During this period I was involved in building product lines, including full scale turn-key projects.
I would like to work with you on designing a process that will allow you to create the most delicious products, in the most efficient and maintainable way.
